The Contracting Authority For This Procurement Is The Purchasing Cooperation For Nordfjord, Sunnfjord And Sogn (Inss). Fjaler, Gloppen, Høyanger, Kinn, Sogndal, Stad, Stryn, Vik And Årdal Participated In This Acquisition. With This Acquisition, Inss Will Enter Into A Framework Agreement With 1 Supplier Per Region For Legal Assistance In Child Protection Cases And Coercive Cases According To The Child Protection Act And The Health And Care Act Ch. 10. The Framework Agreement Will Include Written And Oral Advice And Assistance, As Well As Preparations In Collaboration With The Client And Handling Cases For Child Protection And The Health Board And Before The Courts.
