The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Disinfectants To The University Hospital St. Anna - Sofia Ad Upon Request, In Accordance With The Specification Attached To The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure. The Deadline For Execution Of The Contract Is 24 (Twenty -Four) Months Of Its Award, In The Case Of Periodically Delivery, Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Delivery Time Is At The Proposal Of The Participant In Calendar Days Not More Than 10 Calendar From Receipt Of A Written Request From The Contracting Authority. The Procedure Covers 2 Lots Of Positions That Include Subheadings. Offers Can Be Submitted: - For The Whole Procedure - For One Or More Lots. Participation For A Separate Position Is Complex And Participants Should Cover All Subheadings Contained In This Lot. Participants Who Do Not Cover All Subheadings In A Separate Position Are Removed From Participation For This Lot. Participants Submit Only One Offer For The Execution Of The Order And No Options Are Presented. The Offered Disinfectants Should Meet The Parameters And Requirements Set Out In The Specification Prepared By The Contracting Authority. This Procedure Will Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Of Article 74, Paragraph 4 Of The Public Procurement Act. To Their Technical Proposal, Each Participant Should Apply The Following Documents, Which Are An Integral Part: 1. Authorization Letter Valid At The Date Of Submission Of The Offer By The Company Manufacturer Or Its Representative Or Authorized Person Issued In The Name Of The Participant Providing The Right To Trade His Products. When The Authorization Letter Is Issued By A Representative Or Authorized Person Of The Manufacturer, A Document Shall Also Be Submitted By The Manufacturer Certifying The Representative Power Of Those Persons/Companies. 2. A Permit Issued By The Minister Of Health, For The Provision Of A Biocidal Market Or To A Group Of Biocides, In Accordance With Article 18 Of The Law On Protection Against The Harmful Impact Of Chemicals And Mixtures /In Case A Biocidal Preparation Is Offered /. 3. Evidence Of A Ca Marking Of The Offered Product/In Case No Biocidal Preparation Is Offered/ 4. Instructions For The Use Of The Offered Product With An Official Translation Into Bulgarian /In Case No Biocidal Products Are Offered /.
