The Order Is For Services For Post -Warranty Software And Configuration Support For Blade Server Infrastructure With Virtualization, Communication Equipment And Provision Of System And Expert Assistance To Provide Normal Performance To The It Technologies Used By The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Attached Technical Specification For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months , As Of The Signing Of A Contract With The Participant Selected As The Contractor. Services Will Be Provided In Maintenance Mode - 24 (Twenty -Four) Hours A Day, 7 (Seven) Days A Week (Including The Countrys Official Holidays), In Response Time - Up To 4 (Four) Hours From Registering A Request.
