Construction Work For The Oil And Gas Industry - Investment Design, Supply Of The Necessary Materials And Equipment, Drilling Of Operational Wells At The Chiren Gas Refinery, Construction Of Their Adjacent Pipelines To The New Chiren Gas Station And Their Commissioning. In The Subject Of The Contract, Stages Of The Site Expansion Of The Capacity Of Pgh Chiren - Drilling Fund Will Be Realized As Follows: Stage Drilling E-76 ; The E-77 Drilling Stage; Stage Drilling E-79 And Performance Of Three Other Stages (Operational Wells Determined Between Wells E-74, E-75, E-78, E-80, E-81, E-82 And E-83 Of The Chiren Pgh ) - Option. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities For Each Stage, Including The Stages Included In The Option: 1. Developing An Investment Project In The Phase Work Project; 2. Reconciliation Of The Investment Project With The Competent Control Bodies, Operating Companies And Other Interested Persons, The Consultant Under Article 166, Paragraph 1 Of The Law On Spatial Planning (Zut) And Its Approval Under The Procedure Of Article 144, Paragraph 1 Of Zut; 3. Activities Before The Opening Of The Construction Site - Development Of A Safety And Health Plan (Pbz) And A Plan For Management Of Construction Waste (Puso) And Their Approval Under The Procedure Of The Spatial Planning Act; 4. Development Of Documentations On The Properties Affected In The Construction And Rescue Archeological Surveys, Identification Of Owners Or Users/Landlords, Determination Of The Amount Of Benefits For Destroyed Harvest Or Lost Benefits Of Land And/Or Damage During Construction And/// Or Rescue Archaeological Studies, According To Market Evaluations Prepared By A Licensed Independent Appraiser (Agreed By The Contracting Authority) And Conducting Procedures For Payment Of Benefits In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Act (Ea), The Cultural Heritage Act (Lcn) And The Law On The Law On The Law Are Paid By The Contracting Authority; 5. Temporary Construction, Incl. Renting Land, Construction Of Temporary Field Bases, Provision Of Temporary Power Supply And Water Supply, Mobilization And Demobilization, Etc.; 6.
