Data Equipment - Upgrading The Data Network In The Main Building Of The Nava In Marousi. The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply Of The Required Equipment And Software And The Supply/Development Of Services To Meet The Needs Of The Users Of The Main Building Of The Ministry Of Education, Religion And Sports In Networking As Well As In The Ip Telephony Service. In Particular, The Contract Includes The Supply Of Items And Services That Fall Into The Following Categories: 1) Equipment: • Active Network Equipment With A Centralized Management System (Three (3) Core Network Switches) • Active Network Equipment (Fifty Five (55) Access Network Switches ) • Wireless Network Equipment With A Centralized Management System (Eighty-Eight (88) Wireless Access Points) • Structured Cabling (Vertical And Horizontal In Sixty (60) Jobs) • Iot And Other Sensors (Sixteen (16) Per Category, Temperature And Humidity Sensors, Water Detection Sensors, Door Status Sensors) 2) Support Services: • Application And Feasibility Study • Hardware And Software Procurement • Services Installation And Configuration Of Equipment, Integration Of Equipment Into The Central Network Management System, • Migration Of Services From The Old To The New Equipment • Uninstallation Of Old Wired & Wireless Equipment (Switches, Routers, Etc.) And Structured Cabling • Guarantee Of Good Operation And Technical Support. • Training Services • Technical Support Services (Help Desk). The Scope Of The Project Is Not Subdivided Into Sections, Due To The Architecture Of The Project, The Complementarities And Interdependencies Between The Tasks, The High Interoperability Requirements That Need To Be Ensured Between The Functional Units To Be Developed, As Well As Due To The Limited Implementation Time. A Unified Approach Is Required For The Implementation, Taking Into Account On The One Hand The Peculiarities Of The Operating Entity And On The Other Hand The Need For An Integrated Solution, Which Will Include The Hardware, The Software, The Provided Accompanying Services Of Installation, Warranty, As Well As The Training Of The Staff In The Shortest Possible Time Space. The Estimated Value Of This Contract Amounts To €1,178,000.00 Including Vat At 24% (Budget Without Vat: €950,000.00, Vat: 228,000.00). After The Conclusion Of The Initial Contract, During The Implementation Of The Project And Before The End Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority May Decide To Exercise An Option By Increasing The Physical Object Of The Project (As Described Herein) Up To Thirty Percent (30 % ) Of The Contract Price. Therefore, The Total Maximum Estimated Value Of The Contract, Including Options, As Mentioned Above Amounts To €1,235,000.00 Excluding Vat (Budget With Vat: €1,531,400.00, Vat 24% 296,400.00 €). The Exercise Of The Aforementioned Options Is Subject To Securing Their Financing.
