Prior Information Notice For Social Work Services Without Accommodation – Temporary Municipal Reception Locations (Tgo). With The Present Assignment, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Outsource The Services And Social Management Of The Antoon Coolenlaan And Eindhovenweg In Eindhoven, In Which The Residents Of The Reception Location (Hereinafter: Asylum Seekers) Are Taken Care Of, To Outsource To A Suitable Party. The Agreement Is Expected To Take Effect On April 1, 2025 At The Earliest. From 1 April 2025, The Contractor Must Be Able To Carry Out The Assignment For The Eindhovenweg Location. In Addition, From 1 June 2025, The Contractor Must Be Able To Carry Out The Assignment For The Antoon Coolenlaan. The Assignment Is Divided Into Two Parts: • Part 1 Of This Assignment Lasts Until December 31, 2025 And Includes The Following Services: Social Management, Location Management, Security, Cleaning And Catering. • Part 2 Of This Assignment Starts On January 1, 2026 And Only Involves Social Management For Both Locations. By Social Management We Mean Daytime Activities With The Mentoring, Courses And Guidance Components. The Services Location Management, Security, Cleaning And Catering Are Then No Longer Part Of The Assignment.
