Furniture (Incl. Office Furniture), Furnishings, Domestic Appliances (Excl. Lighting) And Cleaning Products – New Construction Of Dzr In The Vrchlabí Location – Delivery Of Interior. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of Furniture And Interior Equipment For The New Building For The Provision Of Social Services With A Special Regime According To The Technical Specification Submitted By The Contracting Authority And The Provision Of Related Services And Supplies Within The Implementation Of The New Building Project Dzr In The Locality Vrchlabí. In Particular, Transport To The Place Of Performance, Assembly, Installation, Commissioning Including Verification Of Its Functionality, Performing All Operational Tests And Prescribed Tests According To The Relevant Applicable Legislation, Verifying The Declared Technical Parameters; (B) Instruction (Training) Of Staff; C) Exposure Of The Training Protocol, Respectively. Instruction Of The Staff, And The Protocol Authorizing The Subsequent Instructions Of The Staff In The Use Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement For The Specified User Worker; D) Signature Of The Handover Protocol; (E) The Provision Of A Comprehensive Warranty Service And Repairs, Including The Delivery Of Spare Parts; F) Delivery Of Documents That Are Needed For The Use Of Goods Such As Use/ Maintenance Instructions In Czech (Even In Electronic Form On Cd/ Dvd), Respective Certificates, Certificates That Are Manufactured In Accordance With Valid Safety Standards And Čsn, A Copy Of The Declaration Declaration (Ce) And Possibly Others; G) Ecological Disposal Of Packaging Material In Which The Goods Were Delivered; (H) Maintaining Order At The Place Of Performance And After The Installation And Delivery Of The Subject Of The Public Contract To Clean The Place Of Performance And Put It In Its Original State; (I) Obliges All Constructions And Equipment Of A New Building That Could Be Damaged Or Contaminated When Goods Are Delivered By Suitable And Effective Securing (Eg Protective Foil) And Remove This Immediately After Delivery At Its Own Expense; J) Other Activities Explicitly Not Mentioned, Which Are, However, Inseparably Associated With The Implementation Of The Performance And Not Possible. The Contracting Authority Prefers To Supply Furniture, Which Was Used For Environmentally Friendly Materials. The Delivery Will Be Carried Out According To The Processed Project Documentation And The Statement Of The Area. All Equipment Must Be Approved By The Customer And The User Before Delivery. The Maximum Permissible Dimensional Tolerance Of Supplied Equipment Items Is 5 %.
