Quality of previous WRI work (if applicable) Comparable rates relative to the pool of applicants Proposal content Prospective consultants should submit: A statement of interest; Examples of and references for similar previous work if the consultant has never worked with WRI; Detailed information on sustainability practices at your production plant. Detailed information on the kind of paper that would be used to produce our materials: o What FSC certification would you offer for a typical stock you would use for WRI products? o What bleaching methods are used to produce a typical stock you would offer to WRI? o Is your paper domestically, regionally, or internationally produced? A completed pricing table with applicable rows filled in (see below) in an editable format (no screenshots please). The pricing table should clearly indicate if local delivery to our DC office is or is not included. Evaluation Criteria The following elements will be the primary considerations in evaluating all proposals submitted in response to this RFP: Completion of all required elements; The extent to which the consultants proposal fulfills WRIs stated requirements as set out in the RFP; Experience with WRI work or similar projects Sustainability WRI values sustainability and all other factors being equal, will favor a proposal to more sustainably perform the work.
