Technical Services – Technical Support For Rehearsals, Performances, Repertoire And Non-Repertoire Artistic Events, As Well As Technical And Preparatory Work At The Roma Musical Theater.. The Subject Of The Order Is Technical Support For Artistic Events (Repertoire And Non-Repertoire), Performances, Concerts, Rehearsals And Press Conferences, Both At The Ordering Partys Premises And Outside It In The Period Until July 31, 2027. The Order Also Covers The Performance Of Works Related To The Maintenance Of Rooms At The Ordering Partys Facility In Proper Order And Scenography Storage Located Outside The Ordering Partys Facility. Transport Of Employees To The Warehouse And Back Is Provided By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Operation Of Stage Equipment Located Both On The Stage And In Rooms Integrated With The Stage, Such As An Amplification Room, A Multimedia Production Cabin, In Particular Electrical Devices, As Well As Elements Of Permanent Stage Design, Suspended, Among Others, From Poles Located Above The Stage And The Audience. And Performing Work Related To The Reconstruction Or Change Of Decoration (Set Design) From The Current Repertoire Or To A New Decoration - Premiere Or Revival. The Responsibility For Installing New Or Renewed Scenography Rests With The Contractor. The Contractor Is Responsible For Their Assembly Due To The Fact That He Suspends Them On Beams Or Winches And Places The Scenography Elements On The Stage. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Service At Each Event Indicated By The Ordering Party. During The Events, The Contractors Employees Will Operate The Decorations And Stage Equipment To Ensure Their Arrangement In Accordance With The Performance Script And The Instructions Of The Director Or Other Person Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Anticipates (Estimates) That 115,000 Hours Will Be Commissioned During The Order, Including: - 88,000 Hours For Technical Employees, - 27,000 Hours For Implementation Employees. The Ordering Party Requires The Employment Of Two Full-Time Employees: - An Employee In Charge Of The Technical Team In The Position Of Coordinator, - An Employee In The Position Of - Electrical Specialist With The Qualifications Required By The Provisions Of Polish Law. Insurance. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have Valid Civil Liability Insurance For Damage Caused While Performing The Activities Covered By This Contract In An Amount Not Less Than Pln 5,000,000 (Five Million Zlotys).
