The Current Line Will Be Used For Phosphorus Doping, So It Will Not Be Necessary To Replace The Quartz Components At Length. The Supply Under This Public Contract Will Include A Heating Tube With A Loader (Compatible With The Current Carbide Paddle), Gas Supply (Connectable To The Current External Ebs Hydrogen Burner), Electronics And Connection To The Current Control Sw. Part Of The Contract Is Installation Into The Existing Frame With 3 Current Tubes.
