Special Medical Building Construction Work – Modernization, Development And Expansion Of Neurovascular Pol And Polytraumatology And High Precision Surgery Within The Mixed Investment Objective “Modernization And Expansion Of Scjupbt”. The Investment Considers The Relocation And Development Of The Medical Activity For The Creation Of The Neurovascular Pole - Polytraumatology - High Precision Surgery By Demolishing Two Existing Buildings, Consolidating And Remodeling The Existing Building, Expanding The Building With A Reinforced Concrete Structure, With The Relocation Of Existing Equipment. A Building Block Of Approximately 64,000 M2 Will Be Created, Located Between The Main Building And The Orthopedics Building, And Will Be Connected To The Main Hospital Building And The Building Under Construction With World Bank Financing. The Design Services And The Execution Of The Requested Works Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor In Accordance With The Requirements And Minimum Characteristics/Specifications Specified In The Specifications And The Feasibility Study With Its Annexes, Which Are An Integral Part Of The Award Documentation. Also, The Contractor Has The Obligation To Equip The New Infrastructure With The Medical Equipment And Furniture Requested By The Contracting Authority For Equipping The New Hospital Unit, Whose Minimum Technical Specifications Are Described In The Annex To The Specifications. The Activities Of The Contract, Which Include The Design, The Execution Of The Works, The Technical Assistance From The Designer, The Provision Of The Infrastructure, As Well As The Reception Will Be Carried Out In The Time Intervals Requested In The Specifications Attached To This Notice Of Participation, At The End Of Which It Is Mandatory To Meet The Indicators Approved For The Objective Of Investment.
