The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Couch And Beds To The Student House No. 1 Of The Koszalin University Of Technology In Koszalin To The Extent Specified In Swz And The Price Form Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. The Set Of The Set Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Technical Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Include Annex 2 To Swz. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By The Following Code Of The Common Order Dictionary (Cpv): 3910000-3 Furniture, 39516100-3-Upholstered Furniture. 3. The Employer Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Homogeneous Type Of Order. Division Of The Order Into Tasks Would Threaten Excessive Technical Difficulties And The Costs Of Performing A Mess, As Well As The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver A Brand New, Unused Without Any Physical And Legal Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. In The Case Of Recalling In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of Norms, Approval, Technical Parameters, Standards And Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 And 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, This Means That The Contracting Authority Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way. In Such Situations, Possible Indications Of Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Special Process Should Be Read With Or Equivalent Words. The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions With The Described, I.E. Technical Parameters That Meet The Technical, Functional, Operational And Qualitative Requirements At Least As Indicated In The Price Form Constituting Annex 2 To Swz, And The Equivalent Standards Used Will Guarantee The Maintenance Of Standards At A Level Of Not Worse Than Requirements Specified In The Indicated Standards. 8. If The Contracting Authority Has Indicated Brands Or Trade Names, It Defines The Product Class, Which Is The Subject Of The Order And Serves To Determine The Standard, And Does Not Indicate A Specific Product Or Manufacturer. The Original Names Or Symbolism Is Given To Correctly Determine The Subject Of The Contract. 9.
