The Municipality Of The Hague Wishes To Enter Into A Partnership With Three Contractors For The Construction And Maintenance Of Public Lighting In The City For The Next Eight Years. The Public Lighting Area Of ​​The Hague Contains Approximately 80,000 Light Points Spread Across The City. The Urban Management - Public Lighting & Charging Infrastructure Department Of The Municipality Of The Hague Is Responsible For The Management And Maintenance Of Public Lighting In The City And Is Therefore The Client For This Assignment. The Assignment Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Raw Framework Agreement To Which The Uniform Administrative Conditions 2012 (Uav 2012) Apply. The Assignment Is Divided Into 3 Lots. A Raw Framework Agreement Is Concluded Per Plot With One Contractor Who Will Be Responsible For The Construction And Maintenance Of Public Lighting In The Relevant Parts Of The Hague. The Plot Division Is As Follows: • Plot 1: Scheveningen – Center; • Plot 2: Loosduinen – Escamp – Segbroek; • Plot 3: Laak – Haagse Hout – Leidschenveen-Ypenburg. The Raw Framework Agreement Describes The Work That Forms Part Of The Assignment, For Which Tenderers Must Quote Unit Prices Per Lot. The Assignment Contains The Following Main Components: A) Checking And Maintaining The Lighting Installation; B) Organizing And Maintaining A 24/7 Breakdown Watch Service; C) Securing And Repairing Malfunctions And Damage To The Lighting Installation; D) Carrying Out Group Replacement; E) Securing, Recovering And Repairing Collision Damage; F) The Supply, Replacement, Removal, Moving And Installation Of Masts, Fixtures, Switch Cabinets, Lamps And Other Parts / (Small) Equipment Associated With The Installation; G) The Supply, Removal And Installation Of Energy Cables, Cable Sleeves And Cable Sleeves; H) Providing Equipment And Personnel; I) Facilitating Third Parties; J) Project Work In Combination With Civil Work; K) The Conservation (Painting) Of Light Poles; L) Working In The Vicinity Of Tram Tracks (Htm); M) Coordination Of Work Above The Sailing Wires Of Combined Htm/Ovl (Tram/Ovl) Masts.
