General Procurement Notice for Banking and Financial Services. The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), and the Government of Kenya (the Government), signed on September 19, 2023 in Washington DC a Threshold Grant Agreement of up to Sixty Million United States Dollars (USD $60,000,000) (« MCC Funds ») called the Kenya Urban Mobility and Growth Threshold Program which aims to addressing limited connectivity in urban areas, a critical constraint to inclusive economic growth. The Government acting through the Kenya Millennium Development Fund to implement the Governments responsibilities under the Agreement intends to apply parts of the funds to payments for contracts for Goods, Works and Services. KMDF has contracted a Team of Experts to provide Interim Procurement Agent Services on behalf of the Government, for the procurements to be funded by the Threshold Program Grant Agreement.
