Prequalifications are invited for Construction of 58 km long x 20?OD 1000 psig high pressure natural gas pipeline from Dhanua, Gazipur to Mymensingh divided into 3 (three) Sections under Construction of Dhanua-Mymensingh Gas Pipeline Project. Brief Description of Goods or Works: Preparing, clearing, grading and development of Right-of-Way (ROW), development of works site, transportation, carrying, hauling and stringing of pipes, bending and welding of pipes, NDT, coating, painting, inspection, digging the trench, lowering the pipes, installing valves station, launcher and receiver stations and special fittings along with related civil works, Tie-in, crossing of existing pipeline, metal road and Highway crossing by thrust boring, un-metal road crossing by open-cut method, crossing of river, canal, pond, fisheries etc., installation of area lighting and LPS in valve station, pig fabrication and installation of Set-on-Weight, Aerial and Marker post, Warning sign, backfilling of trench, Installation of Mg Anode on Casing pipe, coating defect survey, testing, commissioning and clean up and reinstatement of Row, EMP, remedy of defect etc. Detailed scope of works is stated in the Tender Document.
