The Order Includes: 1) Mowing The Grass With Raking (Including Removal), 2) Hedge Cutting (Including Removal), 3) Maintenance And Sanitary Cutting Of Tree Crowns (Including Removal): A) With A Trunk Diameter Of Less Than 150 Cm, B) With A Trunk Diameter Of 150 Cm And Above, 4) Maintenance And Sanitary Cutting Of The Bush (Together With Removal), 5) Removal Of A Tree (Including Removal Of Wood - To A Storage Place And Sorting Out The Remains Of The Removed Tree): A) With A Trunk Diameter Below 50 Cm, B) With A Trunk Diameter Of 50 - 150 Cm, C) With A Trunk Diameter Above 150 Cm,6) Milling Of Trunks (Including Removal, Filling And Leveling The Hole With Soil):A) With A Trunk Diameter Below 50 Cm,B) With A Diameter Trunk 50 - 150 Cm, C) With A Trunk Diameter Over 150 Cm, 7) Removal Of A Bush (Including Removal), 8) Planting A Tree (Including The Purchase Of A Seedling, Stakes, Ligaments), 9) Planting A Bush (Including The Purchase Of A Seedling) ,10) Clearing Snow From The Area (Including Removal),11) Removing Ice From The Area (Including Removal),12) Sprinkling The Area With Salt And Sand Mixture (Including The Purchase Of The Mixture),13) Providing A Wood Storage Area With An Area Of At Least 800 M2,14) Other Cleaning Works,15) Garbage Disposal (Including Removal),16) Fertilization Plants (Including The Purchase Of Fertilizer),17) Watering.2. During The Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With:1. Act Of April 16, 2004 On Nature Protection (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1478, As Amended),2. Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 399, As Amended),3. Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 3. The Minimum Value Of The Ordered Tasks Will Be Pln 250,000.00 Gross, While The Maximum Value Will Not Exceed Pln 450,000.00 Gross. 4. Other Requirements And Comments.1) The Ordering Party Requires That The Performance Of A Specific Scope (More Than 1 Service Listed In Point 3.1 Of The Swz) Be Performed On The Basis Of A Written (E.G. Electronically) Or Oral (E.G. Telephone) Notification By The Ordering Partys Representative Within The Time Specified By Him.2) The Ordering Party Requires That The Performance Of A Single Service (Listed In Point 3.1 Of The Swz) In Situations Threatening Safety Be Performed On The Basis Of A Notification By Telephone Or Electronically Provided By The Ordering Partys Representative, Within A Maximum Of 24 Hours.
