3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment And Supplies: A) Heat-Resistant Clothing - 2 Pcs. B) Water-Foam Monitor - 1 Pc. C) Flood Barrier - 500 M - I.E. 50 Pcs. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 6 To The Swz.• Unless The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In Annex No. 6 Of The Swz Indicates Otherwise, The Given Parameters Are Minimum Parameters.• The Supplied Equipment And Supplies, Which Are The Subject Of This Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Unregenerated, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Cannot Be Encumbered With Rights In Favor Of Third Parties. The Statement Factory New Should Be Understood As Equipment/Device Manufactured (Produced) By A Factory (Industrial Plant), A Fixed Asset That Was Not Used In Any Form Before Purchase. Physical Defect Also Means Any Non-Compliance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. All Equipment/Devices Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels For The Polish Market.• The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered At The Contractors Own Expense, In The Manufacturers Company Packaging, Corresponding To The Properties Of The Equipment, Ensuring Its Completeness And Integrity.• The Contractor Will Provide For The Delivered Subject Of The Contract For A Free Quality Guarantee For A Period Of At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance.• The Contractor Will Ensure That The Delivered Subject Of The Contract Will Meet The Requirements Arising From Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular In The Scope Required Approvals, Technical Opinions And Approvals For Use In Poland (If Required).
