Tenders are invited for Construction of 2- Storied Cafeteria Building with 4-storied foundation in/c internal sanitary, internal electrification at National Agriculture Training Academy at Gazipur Sadar, Gazipur. FY: 2024-25 Eligibility of Tenderer: a) Reputed Benefited Firm/organization manufacturer/ authorized agent who has a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works. b) Having Experience of successfully completing at least one number of similar work amounts to Tk. 05.50 crore in a single Tender during the last 5 years. c) The Tenderer must possess i) Up to date valid Trade license ii) an up-to-date income tax clearance certificate from NBR. iii) a Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR iv) an up-to-date ABC license with supervisory license. d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average construction turnover in the last 5 (five) years of Tk. 08.00 crore only (The year counting backward from the date of IFT) under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies. Payment certificates for contracts in progress/completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender supporting annual average construction turnover. e) The minimum amount of liquid assets next to other confidential commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 02.00 crore. The letter of commitment for Banks Undertaking for line of credit is to be issued from the concerned Bank in between the publication date and the submission date of this tender in the format as specified (Form PW3). f) All other reputed qualifications, terms, and condition of the tenderer are shown in the tender data sheet (TDS) of Tender Documents. g) Tender Capacity: 06.00 Crore Brief Description of Goods or Works: Physical Infrastructure and Training Capacity Upgrading project of National Agriculture Training Academy (NATA), Gazipur.
