The Object Of The Acquisition Is A Working Time Management System Intended For Use By Vantaa Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy As A Saas Service, Which Covers Both Shift Planning And Working Time Monitoring. The Acquisition Includes The Implementation Of The Service As Well As Maintenance And Support Services. The System Must Also Produce Salary Data Related To Working Time Through Integration Into The Salary System. At The Same Time, The System Is Intended To Be A Working Time Monitoring System In Accordance With The Vanti Working Time Act. You Must Be Able To Enter Employees Vacations And Absences Into The System. With The Procurement, One (1) Comprehensive Supplier Is Being Sought As The Supplier Of The Saas Service Of The Working Time Management System. Based On This Tender, Vantaa Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy Will Have Its Own Procurement Contract For The Procurement Of The Service In Question. The Delivery Project Included In The Purchase Of The Working Time Management System Must Be Completed Within Eight (8) Months From The Signing Of The Contract. The System Must Be Connected To Mepco, The Salary Administration System. The System To Be Procured Must Produce Wage Material In Such A Form That Mepco Can Interpret The Material In Accordance With The Defined Wage Types. The System Must Also Implement The Other Integrations Indicated In The Requirements Definition In The Appendix. It Must Be Possible To Define The Avain-Tes Of Avaintyenantajat Ry In The Acquired System. However, The Supplier Should Take Into Account That The Collective Agreement Is Only Valid Until April 30, 2025, And After That Vantti Will Follow Another Collective Agreement.
