The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Along With Authors Supervision For The Task Titled: Development Of The Bus Lane Network In Gdańsk - Bus Lane In Ul. Walkowa With A Bicycle Route. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Concept Of 2 Variants Along With A Swot Analysis, Enabling The Selection Of An Variant For Further Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Along With The Preparation Of Materials Necessary To Obtain An Administrative Decision. The Task Was Divided Into 2 Stages: Stage I - Development Of The Concept With A Swot Analysis For 2 Variants Of The Road System. Then, After The Acceptance Of The Concept By The Ordering Party, The Variant Will Be Selected For Further Design Work, For Which The Ordering Party Assumes 1 Month From The Date Of Submission Of The Complete Concept Material, Along With Promotional Materials. Stage Ii - Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining Guidelines, Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Necessary To Obtain An Administrative Decision For The Selected Variant. The Starting Material For Developing The Concept Together With The Swot Analysis, And Then The Design Documentation, Is The Multi-Sector Concept Of Creating A Bus Lane (Bus Lane) Along Spacerowa Street On The Section From Ul. Opacka To The Wysoka Junction In Gdańsk, Constituting Annex No. 6 To Opz. The Solutions Adopted Therein Should Be Applied, But If Necessary Resulting From Legal Provisions, Guidelines And Comments Of Opinion-Giving Entities (Including The Ordering Party), Or Other Reasons, The Solutions Contained Therein Should Be Redesigned. When Designing, The Need To Resolve Conflicts As Well As Coordination With Other Investments Being Implemented And Prepared In The Area Should Be Taken Into Account. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
