Construction Work - Engineering - Design, Implementation Of Smr And Exercise Of Authors Supervision To Increase The Energy Efficiency Of An Object: Multi-Family Residential Building, Located In Upi I, Quarter 32 According To The Regulatory Plan Of The City Sofia, So - Vazrazhdane District, G.K. Serdika, Block 6, Entrance A, B And C, With Identifier 68134.305.182.1. The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Order: Activity 1 - Development Of Investment Projects: Development Of Investment Projects In The Technical Phase, Including The Necessary Details For The Implementation Of The Construction, According To The Terms And Conditions And According To The Volume And Scope, Regulated In Ordinance No. 4 From 21.05.2001 For The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, As Well As Other Applicable And Effective Legislation, And The Requirements Laid Down In The Technical Specification For The Development Of The Investment Projects, As Well As The Activities Representing A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To It, In Accordance With The Regulations, Including Coordination With Operational Companies And Other Bodies And Approval According To The Order Of The Zut. When Preparing The Projects, The Selected Contractor Should Comply With The Permissible Activities For Financing, Which Are Prescribed As Mandatory In: • The Report On The Energy Survey Of The Building; • Report On The Results Of The Survey To Establish The Technical Characteristics Related To The Requirements Under Art. 169, Para. 1, Item 1-5, Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of The Zut And Preparation Of A Technical Passport; • Certificates For The Energy Characteristics Of The Building; • Technical Passport Of The Building, Prepared During The Survey To Establish Their Technical Characteristics. Activity 2 - Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works (C&M) For The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In The Ministry Of Housing And Urban Development. In The Described Types And Quantities, As Well As All Activities Contained In The Technical Specification, The Proposal For The Execution Of The Order And The Price Proposal. The Foreseen Smrs According To The Developed Investment Projects Must Include: • Smrs Related To The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures - Prescribed As Mandatory In The Reports On Energy Efficiency Of Buildings; • Accompanying Smr - Related To The Implementation Of The Mandatory Energy Efficiency Measures And The Corresponding Restoration Of The Common Parts Of The Buildings As A Result Of This Implementation (The Accompanying Smr Are Only Related To The Restoration Of The Original State, Disturbed As A Result Of The Renovation Of The Common Parts And The Replacement Of The Joinery In The Independent Objects); • Cmr Related To Roof Repair, Which May Include Activities To Restore Coatings, Waterproofing, Cladding, Water Drainage Systems - Prescribed In The Reports Of The Energy Surveys Of The Buildings In The Energy-Saving Measure Heat Insulation Of A Roof; • Smrs That Derive From Regulatory Requirements Related To The Safe Operation Of Buildings And Are Prescribed As Mandatory In The Technical Passports Of The Buildings And Those That Are Legally Necessary For Putting The Buildings Into Operation; • Cmp Related To Removal Of Local Defects And Damages That Do Not Disturb The General One
