Re-Covering Works Of Separate Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths 2025 Stara, The Construction Services Company Of The City Of Helsinki, Is Requesting Your Offer For The Resurfacing Works Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths Of The Urban Infrastructure Maintenance Department On May 1. - 31 August 2025 In The Entire City Area, In Accordance With This Call For Tenders And The Attached Tender Documents. It Should Be Noted That The Contract Period Has Been Shortened From What Was Presented In The Advance Notice. The Contract Period Is Only Four (4) Months, From The Beginning Of May To The End Of August. Procurement Unit The Procurement Unit Is Stara, The City Of Helsinkis Construction Services Department. We Are The Citys Own Producer; All-Rounder In Construction, Environmental Management And Logistics. Since 2010, We Have Operated Under The Name Stara, And Since Mid-2017 We Have Built And Renovated Stadia As A Municipal Business Facility. Staras Biggest Customer Is The Urban Environment Division, Which Orders Maintenance Work And Related Patching And Resurfacing Work From The Urban Infrastructure Maintenance Department. Contract Content Procurement Is About A Construction Contract. The Contract Resulting From The Acquisition Is Used By Staras Urban Infrastructure Maintenance Department Throughout The City. The Contract Includes The Resurfacing Of Separate Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths With Rolled Asphalt Ordered By The Urban Infrastructure Maintenance Department And Related Ancillary Works. The Size Of The Objects Is Variable. The Contract Does Not Use Size Classes For Paving Works. The Preliminary Work Program With Target And Size Information Is Attached To The Request For Tender No. 7. The Paving Works To Be Procured Include The Procurement And Spreading Of Paving Material, Small-Scale Construction Works, As Well As Applying For The Necessary Permits And Traffic Arrangements. The Traffic Arrangements Include Traffic Control, And Possible Weight-Restricted Bridges/Passages Must Be Taken Into Account In The Arrangements For Site Activities. Small-Scale Construction Works Related To Paving Are E.G. Finishing Of Ramps And Plinths. As A Rule, The Customers Material Is Used For Mulching Work, The Contractors Material For Crushed Stone Or Stone Ash Work. In Possible Other Ancillary Works, The Acquisition Of Material Is Agreed Separately, Unless Otherwise Stated In The Contract Documents. The Procurement Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out As A Total Contract Based On Unit Price, And One Contractor Will Be Selected To Perform It. The Offered Unit Prices Are Fixed Throughout The Contract Period, And No Index Revisions Are Applied To Them. The Contract For The Execution Of The Contract Is Made In Accordance With The Contract Contract Model Provided As Attachment No. 1. The Contract Supplier Does Not Have The Exclusive Right To Produce The Works That Are The Subject Of Procurement. This Procurement Notice Has Been Sent For Publication On 21 January 2025.
