Patient-Transport Vehicles – Procurement Of Vehicles For Outpatient Emergency Medicine. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Procurement Of Medical Cars For The Needs Of Emergency Medical Assistance Of The Institute For Emergency Medicine Of The Sisak-Moslavina County In Accordance With The Description And Technical Specifications. Medical Cars Are Intended For Out-Of-Hospital Emergency Medical Services (Emergency Medical Treatment Of Persons Whose Life, Individual Organ Or Parts Of The Body Are In Immediate Danger Due To Illness, Injury Or Injury, I.E. For Whom Life Could Be Endangered In A Short Time, And For The Purpose Of Maximally Shortening The Time From Occurrence Of An Emergency Until The Start Of The Final Treatment Procedure). The Offeror Is Obliged To Offer The Customer An Exclusively New And Unused Vehicle Of The Year Of Production 2025 And To Deliver It To The Address Of The Headquarters Of The Customer. The Technical Specifications Determine The Required Minimum Characteristics Of The Vehicles To Be Purchased. The Subject Of Procurement Must Comply With Positive Regulations Related To Vehicle Traffic And Special Regulations Or Professional Rules In The Field Of The Subject Of Procurement. Vehicles Must Fully Comply With The Required Technical Characteristics As Stated In The Technical Specification Of The Vehicle And The Applicable Norm Hrn En 1789 Or Equivalent For Road Medical Vehicle Type B, And In Accordance With The Ordinance On Standards And Norms In Terms Of Space, Workers And Medical-Technical Equipment For Performing Emergency Medicine Activities And Medical Transport Activities (Official Gazette No. 64/2024) Standards Regarding The Technical Characteristics Of Vehicles For Outpatient Emergency Medicine Have Been Established According To The Current Standard Hrn En 1789 Medical Cars And Their Equipment For Road Medical Vehicles Type B. The Offered Medical Products (Equipment) That Are Installed In The Vehicle, Have A Declaration Of Product Conformity Or Will Have One Before Putting The Product On The Market Or Into Circulation, All In Accordance With The Current To The Law On Medical Products. The Bidder Is Obliged To Attach To The Vehicle All The Documentation Required For The Vehicle Registration Procedure. The Documentation Is Submitted When Signing The Handover Minutes At The Address Of The Institute For Emergency Medicine Of Sisak-Moslavina County.
