Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Nursery Bed Seeds - Carrots, Spinach, Beetroot, Pumpkins, African Spider Plant, Amaranths, Tomatoes, Black Nightshade, Eggplants, Cabbages, Cauliflower, Nakati, Sukuma Wiki, Onions, Pepper. The Offerors are expected to examine all corresponding instructions, terms and specifications contained in the solicitation documents. Failure to comply with these documents will be at the Offerors risk and may affect the evaluation of the Proposal. A prospective Offeror requiring any clarification of the solicitation documents may contact RAISING THE VILLAGE in writing via email not later than February 4, 2025 by 5:00pm.RAISING THE VILLAGE shall respond in writing to any request for clarification of the solicitation documents prior to the deadline for the submission of Proposals. Clarification may be sought in writing via email to:tenders@raisingthevillage.org RAISING THE VILLAGE reserves the right to accept or reject any Proposal, to render any or all of the Proposals as non-responsive, and to reject all Proposals at any time prior to award of contract, without incurring any liability, or obligation to inform the affected Proposer(s) of the grounds for RAISING THE VILLAGEs action.
