Iktnh Will Carry Out A Tender For Deliveries Of Copying, Printing And Scanning As A Service. A Joint Purchase Agreement Has Been Entered Into With Sysikt For This Competition. We Regard All Participating Municipalities In This Joint Procurement As A Joint Tender. The Municipalities Of Alver, Aurland, Austrheim, Austevoll, Etne, Fedje, Gulen, Masfjorden, Modalen, Osterøy, Samnanger, Sveio Have Established A Joint Ict Operating Company, Ict Nordhordland Municipal Task Partnership (Iktnh). Iktnh Has Entered Into Operating Cooperation With Tysnes, Vaksdal And Vindafjord. These Municipalities Have Entered Into A Joint Purchase With Iktnh In This Tender. Sysikt Ko Includes The Following 8 Municipalities; Askvoll, Fjaler, Hyllestad, Høyanger, Solund, Vik, Luster, Sunnfjord. This Request Mainly Applies To: 1. Copy Printing And Scanning On The Mfp As A Service 2. Solution For Secure Printing 3. Reports On Consumption And Changes In Consumption Patterns The Solutions Must Be Operated As Cost-Effectively As Possible For All Parts Of Each Individual Municipality. They Must Also Be Optimized Across The Service Areas Within Each Municipality. The Goal Is Future-Oriented And Environmentally Sound Solutions Prepared For New Services. The Solutions Must Be In Continuous Development And The Municipalities Must Be Offered New Technologies As They Become Available And Interesting. Functionality Must Be Available According To The Simplest Possible Price Model (Buy/Rent) Which Does Not Limit Development, And With The Greatest Possible Integration Between Different Services And Technologies. Demands Will Also Be Made For The Solutions To Support Ever Closer Cooperation Between The Various Municipalities. This Is To Ensure That Available Resources Are Used As Efficiently As Possible At All Times.
