This Assignment Concerns A Government Contract With An Estimated Value Of € 400,000, Including Vat. The Scope Of The Assignment: The Nature Of The Assignment Concerns The Supply Of Office Supplies To The Employees (Orderers) Of The 37 Locations Of The Contracting Authority. This Concerns Articles That Fall Within The Following Article Groups: Writing And Notepads, Colored Paper; Desk Accessories; Adhesives And Accessories; Organizers, Folders, Ring Binders And Accessories; Stationery And Accessories; Postal Processing And Packaging; Batteries; Agendas (With The Exception Of Student Agendas Such As Plenda) And Calendars; Toners And Cartridges, With The Exception Of Printers That Fall Under The Multifunctional Tender From The Current Supplier (Sharp); Presentation Tools. Excluded From Scope: Products That The Contracting Authority Has Already Contracted In Other Contracts Are Outside This Assignment, Such As: Promotional Items, Stationery, Tools, Computers And Peripheral Equipment, Audio Visual Resources, Printing And Copying Paper, Facility (Cleaning) ) Products And Office Furniture. Cvo Is Not Obliged To Actually Place Further Orders With The Contractor. The Contractor Does Receive Exclusivity In Terms Of Delivery.
