Providing And Installation Of Submersible Pumping Machineries And Other Electromechanical Equipments At Newly Sunk Tube Well At Gurguripal Water Supply Scheme,Midnapore Sadar Block, District -Paschim Medinipur Under Midnapore Mechanical Division P.H.- 1 Supply delivery and storage of the following materials at site: - Submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with suitable sized wet winding type induction motor with the following specification and as per NIT: – a) Discharge – 22 cu mtr/hr b) Head –60 mtr. 2 a) Discharge – 17 cu mtr/hrb) Head –80 mtr. 3 80mm Ф uPVC (standard type ) Column Pipe with both side threaded (8TPI) and one side socket and "O" ring biax technology with wiring lock system non corrosive, high tensile having 9001 stadard. 3mtr. Long 4 1.5mtr. Long 5 Top adopter & Bottom adopter 6 Heavy type suitable dia & long M.S. Suspension clamp with necessary nuts, bolts & washer etc. 7 M.S. fabricated split type suitable tube well cover as per tubewell housing with a necessary clamping arrangement with including holes for column pipe, air pipe and cable entry etc. 8 Safety device for the above pump set by suitable M.S. cage with clamping arrangement and 1" dia. nylon rope as per required length including supplying nuts, bolts and other necessary materials as per direction of E.I.C. 9 Supply and delivery at site depth gauge 102mm dia. with steel airbreak pipe required length with all other fitting and accessories for the work including supply on the good quality hand pump. 10 102 mm dia pressure gauge having range 0-10kg/cm2 with 3 way brass cock, syphone and other necessary special as necessary. 11 Cast Iron wafer type Butterfly Valve generally as per BS-5155, having body of cast iron as per 1S:210 gr. FG-260, disc of SS Gr CF-8, Shaft of St.steel AISI-410, ‘O’ ring for shaft seal of Nitrile rubber, valves are suitable for PN 1.0 rating. Neutral link connecter with required size pasted wooden board for mounted on wall. 32 GI fabricated outdoor Canopy type cable jointing box inside fitted 6nos. 100 Amp rated busbar and hing type front door and painted powder coated anticorrosive paint as per IP55 as per direction. 33 Automatlc plunger type chlorinator for feeding accurately automatic controlled dosage of chlorine solution lnto the water by connecting metering Pump with flow rate of water 0 -100 LPH with marimum Pressure of 10 kg/sqcm suitable dosing Pump and other necessary accessories on the delivery Pipe line as required. The Pump shall be coupled with 0.5 HP motor having 3 phase power and 1444 RPM ± 4%) 34 PART B installationInstallation and testing commisioning of the all above items in Serial no – 1 to 18 except 12 in all respect as per directionthe cost includes supply and use of all required jointing and fixing materials and mending good for damages if any including testing commissing of complete installation. 35 Laying of 4 sq.mm. 3 core X 2 Submersible Cable of Sl No-11 in underground trenches of 460mm X 760 mm and covering brick ( 8nos. brick per meter run as per I.E. Rules) from Pump House to Tubewell including socketing the cable end and interconnection all completeas per direction. 36 Laying of Submersible cable on wall / floor in the pump house through suitable size PVC pipe including supplying materials and inter connection in the panel outgoing all complete as per direction. 37 Making 250mm X 250 mm size rising main supporting brick pillar at least 300 mm depth from ground level to pumping floor lever or as per requirement including plastering and neat cement finish all complete as per direction 38 Making double Earthing arrangement in compliance with I.E. Rules by G.I. pipe electrode with G.I. funnel (50mm X 3 mtr. Long) direct in ground with supplying and fixing of GI. earth busbar, drawing of 25mm x 6mm G.I. earth conductorbetween pits and asearth busbar inside the pump house and 20mm x 3mm GI strips for continuty to different electrical installation i.e. main switch, panel and feeder box etc. and making suitable size earth pit etc. all complete 39 Making termination of existing 25 sq.mm. 3.5 core cable by crimping method with supplying cable socket, cable gland etc. as per direction of E.I.C. 40 Installation and commissioning Sl.
