Construction Work – Engineering (Design, Cmr And Author Supervision) Regarding The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In Multi-Family Residential Buildings On The Territory Of The City. Veliko Tarnovo With Addresses: St. Krakow #4; St. Allen Mack #3; St. Krakow No. 6 And St. Allen Mack #5. The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of This Public Procurement: Activity 1 - Development Of Investment Projects For Each Of The Three Sites In The Technical Phase, Including The Necessary Details For The Implementation Of The Construction, According To The Terms And Conditions And According To The Volume And Scope Regulated In The Ordinance #4 From 21.05.2001 For The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, As Well As Other Applicable And Effective Legislation, And The Requirements For The Development Of The Investment Projects Laid Down In The Technical Terms Of Reference And Specification, As Well As The Activities Representing A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To It, In Accordance With The Regulations, Including Coordination With Operational Companies And Other Bodies And Approval According To The Order Of The Zut. When Preparing The Projects, The Selected Contractor Should Comply With The Eligible Activities For Financing, Which Are Prescribed As Mandatory In: • The Reports For The Energy Survey Of The Buildings; • The Certificates For The Energy Characteristics Of The Buildings; • The Technical Passports Of The Buildings, Prepared On The Basis Of The Survey To Establish Their Technical Characteristics. On The Basis Of The Prepared Investment Projects, Project Accounting Documentation Is Prepared, Including A Detailed Quantitative Value Account For All Types Of Smr. The Quantitative Value Account Is Accompanied By Analyzes Of The Unit Prices, Including All Necessary Costs - Materials, Labor And Mechanization For The Implementation Of The Specific Smr. The Hourly Rate For Each Type Of Activity Should Be In Accordance With The Minimum Hourly Rate For The Specific Type Of Work, As Well As With The Real Market Value Of The Labor. Activity 2 – Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works (Cmp) On The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In Multi-Family Residential Buildings: Implementation Of The Planned Cmp On The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In Multi-Family Residential Buildings According To Those Prepared By The Contractor, Agreed And Approved In The Relevant Order Investment Projects, In The Described Types And Quantities, As Well As All Activities Contained In The Technical Specification, The Proposal For The Execution Of The Order And The Price Proposal. The Foreseen Smrs According To The Developed Investment Projects Must Include: • Smrs Related To The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures - Prescribed As Mandatory In The Reports On The Energy Efficiency Of Buildings; • Concomitant Cmr-Related To The Implementation Of The Mandatory Energy Efficiency Measures And The Corresponding Restoration Of The Common Parts Of The Buildings As A Result Of This Implementation (Concomitant Cmr Are Related Only To The Restoration Of The Original State, Disturbed As A Result Of The Renovation Of The Common Parts And The Replacement Of The Joinery In The Independent Objects); • Cmrs Related To Roof Repairs, Which May Include Activities To Restore Coatings, Waterproofing, Cladding, Water Drainage Systems – Prescribed In The Reports Of The Energy Surveys Of The Energy-Saving Buildings
