Data-Processing Machines (Hardware) – Framework Agreement For Pc Workstations. The Clients Intend To Purchase Personal Computers / Single-User Computers (Pc Workstations). When The Contract Is Awarded, A Framework Agreement Is Concluded Between The Client And The Contractor For The Sale And Delivery Of The Pc Workstations Specified In The Tender Documents, Including Keyboard And Mouse, As Well As The Provision Of Other Services Based On The Tender Conditions. The Following Pc Workstations, Including Keyboard And Mouse, Are To Be Sold And Delivered: Pc Workstation Sff (Small Form Factor) In Accordance With Annex 2 Of The Specifications, Spreadsheet Pc Workstation Sff And Pc Workstation Mff (Micro Form Factor) In Accordance With Annex 2 - List Of Services, Spreadsheet Pc Workstation Mff. The Pc Workstations (Pc Workstation Sff And Pc Workstation Mff) Must Come From The Same Manufacturer. In Particular, The Contractor Undertakes The Following Services: Delivery Of The Products/Devices Including Accessories To The Clients Central Delivery Point, Liability For Defects, Operating Instructions/User Manuals In German, Procurement Of Manufacturer Support Services/Manufacturer Support Products.
