1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Called: Fire Road, Entrance And Driveway For Disabled People (Stage I And Iv) In Kindergarten No. 58 At Ul. Szpaki 2 In Gdańsk.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Stages I And Iv Of The Task: 1) Stage I - Fire Road, Arrangement And Development Of Playgrounds With Equipment In Accordance With The Documentation; 2) Stage Iv - Entrance And Ramp For Disabled People In Accordance With The Documentation. 3. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Complete The Investment Task, Including In Particular The Following Elements: 1) Stage I - Demolition Works, Clearing And Felling Of Trees, - Construction Of Asphalt Surfaces, - Construction Of Polyurethane Surfaces, - Execution Sand Surfaces, - Land Leveling, Delivery And Installation Of Gates, - Rainwater Drainage Works, - Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment, - Tree Planting Works And Maintenance During Warranty; 2) Stage Iv - Demolition And Dismantling Works, - Construction Works Of The Entrance And Driveway, - Stormwater Drainage Works, - Accompanying Works - Leveling The Ground, Digging The Ground For Water Retention. Moreover, If It Is Necessary To Perform The Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Other Activities, Submitting Notifications Or Obtaining Decisions And Permits, The Contractor Will Perform These Activities, Submit Notifications And Obtain The Necessary Decisions And Permits At Its Own Expense And Efforts. The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order To Obtain A Permit To Use The Construction Facilities Covered By The Subject Of The Order Or To Notify The Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
