Delivery And Commissioning Of A Binder Jetting System For The Production Of Grinding Tools Including Powder Mixing System, Curing Oven And Depowder Removal Device As Well As Training Of The Operator. The Tendered Devices Are Intended To Enable Powder Preparation, The Additive Production Of Green Abrasive Coatings, Curing And Depowdering. To Do This, Powder Mixtures Must Be Processed That Contain A Sinterable Binding Powder And Abrasive Grains (E.G. Diamond, Cubic Boron Nitride). The Installation Takes Place In The Test Field Of The Institute For Manufacturing Technology And Machine Tools. The Provider Has The Opportunity To Inspect The Installation Site In Advance Or To Inquire About The Installation Location Via The Portal. In Addition To The Main Device, The Scope Of Services Includes The Installation, Commissioning And Subsequent Acceptance Of The System And The Training Of The Operating Personnel. Delivery, Installation And Commissioning As Well As Subsequent Acceptance And Instruction Should Take Place At The Point Of Use And Within 6 Months Of Receipt Of The Order. The Contract Will Be Awarded To The Most Economical Offer. The Award Is Made In Accordance With The Lower Saxony Collective Bargaining And Procurement Act (Ntvergg).
