This Request For Information Serves As Preparation Support, But It Does Not Oblige The Procurement Unit To Carry Out The Actual Procurement. This Is Not A Pre-Announcement, A Request For Tenders, A Procurement Announcement Or An Invitation To A Negotiation Procedure, And The Publication Of The Announcement Does Not Initiate A Bidding Process. The Tenderer Participates In The Market Dialogue By Reading The Appendix Of The Request For Information And Answering The Questions Presented In The Criteria For The Object Of Procurement. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right To Invite Suppliers To Detailed Supplier-Specific Presentation Events. A More Detailed Schedule And Possible Invitations Will Be Sent After The End Of The Information Request Response Time. There Is No Compensation For Participating In The Market Dialogue, Meetings And Information Request.
