Non-Alcoholic Beverages – Supply Of Soda-Type Drinks For The Food Service. The Contract Is Concluded For A Fixed Period Of 24 Months, Tacitly Renewable For A Period Of 12 Months + 12 Months, I.E. A Possible Total Duration Of 4 Years From The First Purchase Order After Notification Of The Contract, If No Party Has Notified Its Desire To End The Collaboration At Least 3 Months Before The Annual Expiry Date Of The Contract. In The Event Of Non-Renewal Of This Contract, No Justification Must Be Provided And It Cannot Give Rise To Compensation.
