Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Architecture Framework Agreement. Szu Ag Is In A Modernization Process That Will Last Several Years. In The Coming Years, It Will Implement Numerous Infrastructure And Building Construction Projects Along Its Lines S4 And S10. Szu Ag Wants To Take Advantage Of The Opportunity Of Comprehensive Modernization And, Through The Upcoming Renovations, Further Increase The Quality Of Stay For Travelers, Optimally Design The Integration Of Its Facilities Into The Surrounding Area Together With The Neighboring Local Authorities And Standardize Their Appearance As Far As Possible And Sensible. To This End, All Necessary Architectural Services Should Be Conceived, Planned, Projected And Implemented With The Necessary Care And Pragmatism, In Coordination With All Stakeholders Involved, In A Timely Manner And In The Required Quality. The Architectural Services Required For This Are To Be Procured As Part Of This Framework Contract Tender. They Are Divided Into Two Work Packages. Work Package 1: Specialist Planner Services Provision Of Architectural Services As A Specialist Planner In The Planning Team Of The Corresponding Projects (Phases 31-53). Work Package 2: “Questioning” And Further Developing Existing Szu Standards Based On The Findings From Work Package 1, “Questioning” And Suggesting Further Developments Of The Existing Szu Standards.
