No T-13 Jaman Singh Line (Or Md Accn) At Grrc Lansdown.; 1 Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for brick work with old size full bricksubclass ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, as in kerb/ benching/ coping, bed plates, for fixing of hold fast,water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. 4 Demolition of PCC in ground floorand pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground levelincluding removal of rubbish out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L Plain Cement concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate), as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement, with and including joint filling (Size 30mm deep x 10mm wide) with sealing compound grade-A at 3m interwal and corner complete all as specified and directed.Note : Joint to be provided at each interval of 3m and corner and cost of the same deemed included in quoted rate. 7 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for non skid, joint free, coloured ceramic tiles7-8mm thick (Square/Rectunglar), as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles laid with and including over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), area of each tiles Area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqmcomplete all as specified and directed :- 9 M& L for Glazed coloured ceramic tile 300 x 450 x 6-7mm thick (coloured) on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified. 10 All as per item 09 above but as in skirting/vertical surface including 10 mm thick plastering cement sand motor 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed. 11 M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0(12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in sub floor of flooring complete all as specified and directed. 12 Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge,thickness in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed. 13 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, AZ-150 as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. 14 S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, AZ-150 as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. 15 Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frames) of following size complete all as specified and directed:- 16 Area not exc 1.5 sqm each 17 Area exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 sqm each 18 Providing and fixing windows & ventilators fabricated from Rolled Formed GI Section made of Galvanised steel colour coated(PPGI Sheets) (Base steel as per IS 513 ‘’D’’ quality. Note :-The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per satifaction of Engr-in-Charge. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. 34 M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in cover slab (for manholes) and set in CM (1:6) including necessary fair finish formwork complete all as specified and directed. 35 Demolition of RCC n"exc 15cm thik (blew of above grond level) including cutting of reinforcement to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.Note : Reinforcement obtained from demolition will be considered credit sch as scrap In case of any dispute, the decision of Accepting Officer will be final and binding.(ii) Old fittings/ fixtures / accessories like switches, sockets, lamp holders, regulators etc., if found in serviceable condition shall be removed carefully for reuse in the work or taking on charge.
