Tender For Road Safety Work Of Usihat Qadarchowk Road (Odr) On16 T-Junctions Under Shekhupur Vidhansabhain District Badaun. - Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67- 2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting type- IV 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. the retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for three year out door weathering test in Indian condition as per IRC 67-2012 and proof of the same in form of Govt. report shal be uploaded while quoting tender. High Octagon) . 4 Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectiorising glass beads@ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 2015. The finished surface to be level, uniformand free from streaks and holes including cost of all types of material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per MORT & H specifications (2001) No. 803 Complete. 5 Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface. (5mm thick in yellow colour). Transverse bar marking with stricter compliance as per IRC: 99-2018 providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectiorising glass beads@ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 2015. up todate (thermoplastic marking of 300mm wide and 15mm height, at 1000mm apart (one set each of 6 strips). 5mm height is acheived through 6 applixcations of thermoplastic,applied at and interval not less than one hour after previous layer gets solidified. alternatively , made of m,astic asphalt or any equivalent material which would provide 15mm high. The finished surface to be level, uniformand free from streaks and holes . Material shall be free from all skins, dirt and foreign objects and shall complete with requirements as per table 800-9 of (MORTH specification) thermoplastic material when tested in accordance with ASTM D36/BS-3262-(Part 1) daylight luminance shall be AASHTO M 249 for while 45 o65% min. and for yellow 45%min., drying time not more than 15 min. , skin resistance not less than 45 as per BS-6044, material shall so no cracks on applications to concrete blocks at low tempreture, softening point 102.5o C plus minus 9.50C as per ASTM D36 and yellowness index for white thermoplastic paint not more than 0.12 as per AASHTO M 249. Container of the thermoplastic material shall be clearly and indelibly marked with name, trademark or other means of identification of manufacturer, batch no. , date of manufacturer , colour, maximum application tempreture and maximum safe heating tempreture. Glass beads shall meat the gradation requirement as per table 800-10 of MORTH specification . The glass beads shall have a minimum reflective index of 1.5 and 70% roundeness. The pavement tempreture shall not br less than 10o C during application of hot thermoplastic paint. The contractor shall furnish to the engineer a copy of certified test reports from the manufacturer of the thermoplastic material/glass beads showing results of all test specified in MORTH SPECIFICATION and shall certify that the material meet all requirements of specification. 6 Reflective raised pavement marker providing and Fixing of raised pavement marker (cat eye) type x-ASTMD -4956-04 avery dennision /3M (USA MAKE)having Moulded body of polycarbonate,ASA HIPS or ABS able to support a load of 13.635 MT tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 type H and other requirements mentioned in MORT& H circular its reflective lens made of micro prismetic lens(capable of providing total internal reflection of light),electronically welded to the body the length , height and width of the body shall not exceed 130 mm, 20 mm and 105mm respectively, the area of each reflected surfaceshall not be less than 13 sqcm on each side stopping at the angle of 35+/-5 degree to the base to ensure maximum reflectively , it shall comply to specification of catagory AMORTH circular No. RW/NH/33023/10-97-DO III dt. 11.06.1997.lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate confirming to ASTMD 788 or equvalent with 7 years warranty, (Sor 2018 Chapter 27 S no. 8 New Item Meerut ) 7 providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and allignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per morth specification 2019 clause no 505 complete in all respect 8 Providing and laying bituminous concrete withhigher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects 9 Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 50m as per technical specitication clause 302.3 10 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing bymix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specificatin Clause 401. 11 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405) 12 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405) 13 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular /Bituminus surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 14 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type as per Technical Specification Clause 508) 15 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. 16 Construction of Subgrade and earthen shoulders with apporved material obtained from borrow pits with all ifts and leads transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.2as per Tecnical Specification Clause 303.1
