Tender For Remalting And Carpeting Of Road From Chhotelal Bas To Matsya Nursing College Kesarpur,Vill-Kesarpur, Alwar. - 1 Providing laying, spreading and compacting specified graded crushed stone in sub-base course including premixing the material at OMC in wet mix plant, carriage of mixed material, laying in uniform layers with motor grader, F.E.loaderonapreparedsurfaceandcompactingwith vibratory compactorto achieve the desired density including all material, labour, mach-nery, lighting barricadingandmaintenanceofdiversion complete.[MoRTH specification Clause 401] includiongwith all lead For Grading III Material 2 Providing, laying, spreadingand compactingstone aggregateofaspertable400-10and400-11 WetMix Macadamspecificationincludingpremixingthematerial with water to OMC inwet mix plant as per approved design mix,carriageofmixed material by Tipperto site laying in uniform layers with motor grader/F.E.Loader/paver finisher, in sub base/base courseon awell preparedunderbase and compactingwith vibrotry rollerto achieve the desired density includinglighting,guarding,barricadingand maintance of diversion etc. (MoRTH specification : Clause 406) by mechanical mean withall lead. 3 Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface of granular base with bitumen emulsion as per IS : 8887 and approved quality @ 0.6 kg/sqm with the help of spray set fitted on bitumen Container (boiler) after cleaning the surface including removing of including material and other foreign matter with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and compressed air to receive bituminous treatment complete as per clause 502 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 4 Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface with bitumen emulsion as per IS: 8887 and approved quality @ 0.2 kg/sqm with the help of spray set fitted on bitumen Container (boiler) after cleaning the surface with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and compressed air to receive bituminous treatment complete as per clause 502 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 5 Providing and laying bituminous macadam in 50/75 mm compacted thickness on prepared surface with specified graded crushed stone aggregates as per Table 500-4, Grading-II for base/ binding course, loading of aggregate with F.E. loader, heating and mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in computerised hot mix plant, transported to site by tippers to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher fitted with electronic sensing device to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with power roller and vibratory compactor as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction complete as per clause 504 of MoRT&H specification and including all material, labour,machinery, lighting,guarding and maintenance of diversion but excluding cost of primer/ tack coat.With Bitumen VG-grade 30 @ 3.3% (percentage by weight of total mix) 6 Providing and laying open graded premix carpet 20mm thick (compacted), on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course, composed of specified graded crushed stone aggregate as per Table 500-23, premixed with bituminous binder @ 14.60 kg/10sqm (including cost of anti-stripping compound wherever required), including loading of material with F.E. loader, hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in computerised hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying with paver finisher fitted with electronic sensor control to the required level and grade, compacting smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity and finishing to required level to achieve the desired density as per clause 511 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion but excluding cost of tack coat/ seal coat. 7 Providing and applying premixed seal coat Type B comprising of thin application of fine aggregate 0.06 cum/ 10 sqm premix with bitumen binder @ 6.8 Kg/ 10 Sqm (including cost of anti-stripping compound wherever required) laying with paver finisher with electronic sensor control and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne complete as per clause 513 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.
