Prior Information Notice For It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Acquisition Of Microsoft O365 Expert Services. This Is A Preliminary Notice Of A Procurement Exceeding The Eu Threshold, The Target Of Which Is Microsofts Expert And Consulting And Training Services For Hämeen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy And Its Subsidiaries Hämeen Ammatti-Instituutti Oy And Hamk Akatemia Oy (Later All Together Hamk). The Purpose Of This Announcement Is To Shorten The Deadlines In Accordance With Section 57, Subsection 2 Of The Procurement Act (1397/2016). Hamks Digital Services Unit Is Responsible For Producing The Companys Digital Services And Coordinating Production. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Find Partners For Making And Changing Projects Made With Microsofts Power Platform And Rpa Technology, Which Are Based On Häme University Of Applied Sciences Digital Strategy Using Azure, Microsoft 365 And Dynamics 365 Platforms. During The Collaboration, Functions Supporting Hamks Digital Strategy Will Be Created With Microsofts Power Platform Tools, Which Will Facilitate The Manual Work Of The Personnel Using Mainly Microsofts Power Platform And Rpa Technology Architectures And System-Related Integrations. We Want The Cooperation To Also Include Training In The Use And Development Of Systems. The Contract Model Will Be A Multi-Supplier Framework Contract. The Actual Procurement Notice Will Be Published According To The Preliminary Schedule Of 3/2025. Note This Is Not A Request For Tenders, And No Tenders Are Being Accepted For The Procurement At This Stage.
