At The Stage Of Developing Design Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present A Concept Of The Functional And Utility Layout Of The Building And The Living Room In Order To Obtain The Approval Of The Ordering Party. 9. Under This Contract, The Project Contractor Undertakes To Provide Authors Supervision. 10. All Built-In Devices And Construction Products Should Have Appropriate Approvals Or Certificates. 11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Essential Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 12. The Ordering Party Recommends A Local Inspection Of The Facility. The Date Of The Inspection Should Be Agreed With A Representative Of The Investment And Renovation Department, Tel. (47) 725 58 64. 13. Archived Technical Documentation Of The Building Is Available For Inspection At The Ordering Partys Office. 14. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 15. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor. 16. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known, According To Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 17. The Contractor Declares That He Has Persons Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order, Who Have Authorizations In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, Fully Enabling The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, According To Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 18. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act Requires The Contractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves The Performance Of Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 Section 1 Of The Act Of 26
