The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of 24-Hour Direct Physical And Technical Protection Of Property On The Property Located At Ul. Szopienicka In Katowice (Szyb Pułaski). The List Of Buildings And Equipment Constitutes Annex No. 7 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, And The Condition Of The Buildings And Equipment On The Day Of Commencement Of The Contract Implementation Will Be Documented In Photographic Form By The Ordering Party. The Map Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Proposed Provisions Of The Agreement Indicates The Area Of ​​The Property And The Construction Facilities Located Thereon. 1) Direct Physical Protection The Ordering Party Understands The Service Consisting In The Constant Presence Of Security Personnel Entered On The List Of Qualified Security Personnel (Six (6) Employees Per Shift, 24 Hours A Day, Seven Days A Week, Including On Days Off) At The Protected Facility And The Provision Of Its In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In § 3 Section 3 And 4 Of The Proposed Provisions Of The Agreement. The Term Post Is Understood By The Ordering Party As A Room Provided By The Ordering Party, Located Within The Protected Property And Intended For The Needs Of Security Personnel. 2) Technical Security The Ordering Party Understands The Service Consisting In 24-Hour Monitoring Of The Facility Using Cameras And An Alarm System Installed And Maintained In Full Working Order By The Contractor Throughout The Entire Period Of The Contract, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of § 3 Section 3 Point 15. The Minimum Technical Requirements For Individual Devices Included In These Systems Are Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Monitoring System And Alarm System Must Be Installed Within 48 Hours From The Date Of Commencement Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. Additional Information: 1) Property Located At Ul. Szopienicka In Katowice (Szyb Pułaski) Is Fenced With A Mesh, Concrete Spans, Corrugated Sheet Panels And Flat Steel Panels. 2) Electricity Is Available In The Following Buildings/Facilities: - Station No. 1, - Station No. 2, - Station No. 3, - Bath And Gauge Building, - Winding Machine Building, - Pułaski Warehouse Building. 3) The Costs Of Electricity Consumption Are Covered By The Ordering Party. 4) The Rooms Provided By The Ordering Party And Intended For The Needs Of Security Staff Do Not Have Heating. 5) No Access To Water, The Contractor Must Provide Portable Toilets. 2. Requirement For A Mandatory Local Visition (Article 131(2) Of The Act): 1) Pursuant To Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Informs That The Condition For Submitting An Offer Is That The Contractor Must Undergo A Site Visit - An Inspection Of The Facility, I.E.
