Snow-Clearing Services – ,, Framework Agreement – ​​Current Winter Maintenance For The National Roads Under The Administration Of Drdp Craiova, Year I – Iv: Lot 1 – Sdn Craiova”. In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Nomenclature Regarding Works And Services Related To Public Roads No. 346 Of May 15, 2000 Published In The Official Gazette Of Romania, Part I No. 255/8.Vi.2000 Annex 1 And 2, Ind. 102. Current Maintenance During The Winter, Within The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract, The Following Will Be Performed: ► Mechanical Snow Removal The Snow Removal Activity Of National Roads, Express Roads And Highways Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulations On The Prevention And Combating Of Snow Public Roads - And Code Number No. 525/2013 And Of The Guide On The Prevention And Combating Of Snow On Public Roads - Approved By The Technical-Economic Council Of Cnair-Sa With No. 5036/01.04.2021 And Consists Of: • Mechanical Spreading Of Non-Slip Materials Or Chemical Substances For The Purpose Preventing Or Combating Frost, Ice Or Snow (Hours); • Patrolling With Equipment For Information On The Condition Of National Roads, Expressways And Highways Or To Prevent Snowfall During Quiet Snowfalls Or Moderate Blizzards (Wind Speed Below 30 Km/H) (Hours); • Mechanical Snow Removal With Specific Equipment (Hours); • Clearing Snow-Covered Vehicles That Prevent Snow Removal From The Road Surface (Hours). ► Information Regarding The State Of The Roads (As Applicable) The Provider Is Responsible For Ensuring The Permanent Condition, Training The Staff And Ensuring The Necessary Logistics. The Information Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Regulation On The Prevention And Combating Of Snow On Public Roads - Code And No. 525/2013, As Well As The Order Of The Minister Of Transport Regarding The Operation Of The Central Winter Command. The Providers Staff Will Transmit The Information Regarding The Viability Of National Roads / Expressways / Highways, As The Case May Be, According To The Reporting Schedule Established By The Beneficiary. The Vehicles And Their Number Per Base Is Established In The Annexes ..... (Minimum And Maximum) Related To The Framework Agreements/Subsequenet Contracts. The Technical Characteristics Of The Machinery And Equipment, Which Will Be Used For The Current Maintenance Activity During The Winter, Are Those Stipulated In Table 2 Of The Regulation On The Prevention And Combating Of Snow On Public Roads - Code And 525/2013, As Well As The Requirements Of Specifications.
