Technical Computer Support Services – Providing Maintenance And Reconfiguration Services For The Ict System Applications Of Emergency Notification Centers And The Alarm112 Application. 1. The Subject Of The Agreement Consists Of The Basic (Guaranteed) Scope And The Scope Covered By The Option Right. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Maintaining The Continuity Of Application Operation, 2) Analysis And Removal Of Failures, 3) Execution Of Orders, 4) Implementing New Functionalities, Implementing Improvements And Modifications, 5) Making Reconfiguration Changes, 6) Producing Documentation. 2. The Basic Scope Of The Subject Of The Agreement Includes The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of: 1) Maintenance Services, 2) Reconfiguration Services With A Maximum Number Of 16,000 Reconfiguration Hours. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Agreement Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Agreement. 4. As Part Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Covered By The Option Right, The Contractor Undertakes, After The Period Defined For The Basic Scope, To Provide: 1) Maintenance Services, 2) Reconfiguration Services In A Maximum Number Of 14,400 Hours, With The Above-Mentioned The Number Is The Upper Limit Of The Option Right. 5. The Rules For Activation Of Options And Settlements Under The Option Are Regulated In § 1, 3 And 5 Of The Draft Agreement.
