The Tenderer Should Submit A Current Certificate Issue To Whom It May Concern By The Manpower Public Authority Stating That The File Of The Tenderer At The Mpa Is Not Suspended Because Of Any Of The Violations Specified In Article 10 Of Law No. 6 Of 2010 Concerning Labor In The Private Sector.
