The Accelerator In Question Has Been The So-Called Stereotactic (Precision) Radiotherapy Device, The Requirement Of Which Is Considered To Be Particularly Precise Targeting Of The Treatment. With Precise Stereotactic Targeting, It Is Possible To Reduce The Size Of The Radiotherapy Treatment Area, Reducing The Damage To Healthy Tissue From The Treatment And At The Same Time Enabling The Administration Of Larger Single Doses. Stereotactic Radiotherapy Is A Cost-Effective Way To Reduce The Number Of Treatment Fractions Based On Research Data. As Research Evidence Accumulates, Stereotactic Radiation Therapy Can Completely Replace Cancer Surgery In Certain Cases, And It Is Also Used To An Expanding Extent In The Treatment Of Oligometastatic Cancer. The Current Device No Longer Fully Meets Current Requirements In Terms Of Treatment Targeting. The Unit Currently Uses Two So-Called Precision Radiation Therapy Equipment, One Of Which Is Now A Replacement Device And The Other Varian Truebeam Stx Linear Accelerator With A 6D Table And Visionrt Surface Detection Equipment Acquired In 2015. The Unit Uses Aria 17.1 (Varian Medical Systems) As The Patient Information System For Radiotherapy And As The Treatment Planning And Verification System. The System Will Be Updated To Version 18.1 During The Beginning Of The Year. Radiotherapy Has 2 Ct Simulators: Siemens Somatom Confidence 64 (2019) (Siemens Rtp Table Top) And Siemens Somatom Go.Open Pro (2024) (Siemens Multi-Index Rtp Overlay) And An Mk Simulator (Philips Ingenia Ambition 1.5T, 2021). Rgsc Equipment Is Used For Breath-Synchronized Filming. The Sabella (Cdr Systems) Frame Is Used For Breast Fixations. Candors Mask System And Orfits Open Masks Are Used In The Treatments Of The Head And Neck Area.
