The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Repair Work Of Apartments And Public Spaces In The Residential Buildings Of Helsingin Kaupungun Asunnot Oy (Heka) Kantakaupungi, Kansanasunton, Pikku Huopalahti, Vallila, Kumpula, Laajasalo, Roihuvuori, Siilitie, Vuosaari, Puotila, Kontula, Vesala Areas. There Are Approximately 280 Sites. Repair Work Is Carried Out In Residential Apartments And Common Spaces, Such As Club Rooms, Outdoor Equipment Storage, Basement Corridors, Etc. In The Premises. The Work To Be Performed Is Mainly Various Repairs Related To Surface Structures And Apartment Equipment, For Example: • Painting Renovations Of Wall Surfaces, • Painting Renovations Of Ceiling Surfaces, • Painting Of Radiators And Pipes, • Renewal Of Windows, Floors And Door Moldings, • Renewal Of Door Leafs And Frames Of Intermediate Doors, • Renewal Of Floor Coverings, • Repairs Of Bathrooms , • Kitchen Cabinets And Fixed Furniture Renewals And • In Addition, Possible Small Repairs In The Yard Area, E.G. Repairs Of Plowing Damage And Repairs Of The Building, Yard And Equipment As Calculation Work As A Result Of The Procurement, A Framework Arrangement Will Be Established. Eight (8) Service Providers Are Selected For The Framework Arrangement. The Terms Of The Framework Arrangement Are Described In The Contract Template. The Works Are Mainly Carried Out At Unit Prices According To The Price Appendix. The Actual Contract Is Valid For Two (2) Years From The Date Of The Start Of The Contract Period. The Subscriber Has The Right To Extend The Contract Two (2) At A Time With One (1) Year Long Option Starting From The End Of The Actual Contract Period.
