Land Description:  Zoned C-3 Highway Commercial (Proponent May Apply To Rezone The Property).  Land Is Located In Close Proximity To Highway 28  Land Area = 3.92 Acres  There Is A Structure On The Property. The Structure Does Not Have Gas, Water Or Sewer Connections. The Status Of The Structure Is Unknown.  Gas/Water/Sewer Lines Run Adjacent To The Property
