This Distributor As Well As The Manufacturer Must Declare That The Bidder Is An Authorized Reseller And Being Able To Commercialize This Software. The Proposal Must Clearly Highlight The Part Number Of The Software Offered, And Official Evidence From The Manufacturer Must Also Be Presented Along With The Proposal. Allowing The Bidding Committee To Prove Full Compliance With All Technical Characteristics In Conformity With Those Described In The Notice And Its Annexes, Under Penalty Of Disqualification Of The Proposal.
