Tender For Supply And Installation Of Fire Items - Supply and Installation of the Tube Axile fans capacity 18000 CFM type 65 mm statics for fire smoke extraction fans at terace floor Supplying, Receiving, unloading, shifting, installation, testing and commissioning of Mechanical Ventilation system comprising of Tube Axial flow fan confirming to BS 7346 PART-2 complete with MS Double flanged long casing, impellers, pressure casted aluminum adjustable pitch blades, single speed direct driven TEFC Sq. Cage induction motor of suitable rating and min IP 55 protection rating & necessary nut bolts. Motor shall be suitable for 415 10% volts, 50 cycles/second, 3 phase AC supply. The fan shall be complete with suitable vibration isolator & accessories like fire retardant double fold moisture proof fabric confirming to 15-206 (revised) flexible connection. Bird Screen & sound attenuators of ID length wherever required to achieve the specified dB level. Direction of airflow in fan shall be from Impeller to motor. Sound Pressure Level (dBA) shall not exceed 85 dBA at 3 m & minimum motor efficiency shall be 75%. Fana shall be F- Class. Each fan shall include all accessories necessary for proper fan operation and of the following Capacities. Static pressure and Motor Rating: The Indicated static pressure and motor rating is only provisional. Contractor to calculate static pressure based on final approved construction drawing and pressure drop of finalized Equipment/tems and submit for review/approval to the Design consultants. The procurement shall he processed only after duly verification/approval of calculation and selection from the Client/design consultant. All accessories like vibration isolators canvass connection, Bird Screen, metallic gravity (Non-return) louvers & Sound attenuator (wherever required) shall be included in the cost of fan.
