Galley hot plate no 2 not working view wiring showing short circuit. Wiring to be renewed with heat insulation and lugs as per sample. Wiring 02 mtrs 1.5 sq mm. Defect to be rectified and proved for satisfactory operation. 3 L-1284. ASP exhaust not working and tripping overload and overheat suspect control circuit malfunctioning. Defect to be rectified and proved for satisfactory operation. 4 L-1285. Stbd accommodation ladder not cutting off during hoisting suspect limit switch wiring open circuit. Limit switch wiring to be renewed as per sample. Wiring 05 mtrs 1.5 sq mm two core. Defect to be rectified and proved for satisfactory operation. 5 L-1310. Ships electric siren not working view motor showing low insulation and motor casing perished. Defect to be rectified and proved for satisfactory operation. 6 L-1311. Signalling projector (P&S) control supply box deteriorated. Both control supply box to be renewed. Mat: SS, Dimension: 1.5 Ft x 2 Ft x 6 Inch. HV Igniter, Rectifier to be fitted and all connections to be completed. Both Signalling projectors to be proved for satisfactory operation. 7 L-1353. Gun Deck and boat deck LED flood light base plate is deteriorated. Base plate is to be replaced. Hot work involves MS welding and cutting.
