(As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. PHE/IV/2277/W-181/19 dated 25.09.2019) with required module PVC Board & piano key type switch. (ave. run 6 mtr). i) LED Tube set point-2 nos., Bulk Head light point- 1 no., 5 pin 6 Amps. Plug point- 1 no., 16 Amp socket & switch- 1 no, indicator- 1 no. each,with necy. earthing arrangement & one fan point (Total point 6 nos. points) including drawing power by suitable gauge (2.5 mm2) of copper wire from installed cut-out to SPN/DP MCB within DB through 20 mm PVC casing capping (precision make) as per direction of EIC (fittings should be of Philips make & wiring should be with continuous earthing arrangement and 20W two nos. 4 ft long LED tube light setsPHILIPS Astra Line, one no. bulk head (Endura WT202W LED6S NW PSU S2 PC), one no. 0-4 step fan regulator (Humfree), fittings etc to be supplied by agency). 44 Installation, testing & commisioning of above supplied VS, MCC,valves etc (as in item no. 1 to 5, 7 to 10, 12 to 20) by making brick built foundation jointing submersible cable within the tubewell situated outside the pump house by making derrick arrangement by assembling the column pipes properly and fitting, fixing the pressure gauge, depth gauge, air pipe etc. in position and erection of delivery line & wash out line with the C.I specials and Tee including mending damages goods etc.all complete as per direction. This also includes the charges for laying submersible cable from tubewell to control panel by underground and saddle on wall and connection with required feeder of panel all complete. 45 Making required nos. of brick pillar 0.25 mtr. X 0.25 mtr. For supporting of valves and pipes with 12 mm thick plaster and net cement finish complete. 46 (a) Earthing with 50 mm ISI mark medium diameter G.I. pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3Mtr. (10ft.) long and 1 x 4 SWG G.I. wire (4Mtr.long) 13 mm diameter x 80mm (3inch) long G.I. Bolts, double nuts, washer including S & F of 15mm diameter G.I. pipe protection (1 Mtr. Long) to be filled with bitumen partly below ground level to an average depth of 3.65Mtr.(12ft.) below the ground level and restoring the surface duly rammed.i) For soft soil by ISI Medium GI pipe. 47 (b) Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm diaholes on the GI pipe. 48 (c) Extra for treatment of soil by salt and charcoal coke for pipe electrode. 49 (d) Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.Length of busbar is 0.5 mtr. 50 (e) Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. 51 Carrying back the old unserviceable part from work site to DCC campus store including loading, unloading complete.
